What is therapy? Click to listen
Therapy is time you take for yourself to explore feelings and concerns with a compassionate professional trained to guide you in the process. It involves your desire to gain insight into your whole-life wellness, understanding that change can be positive. Most people, after therapy, feel more confident and comfortable to handle their lives.
